About the Scheme

 

Due to a high demand for these homes, we have now released all plots for sale. We have three 2 bedroom homes and six 3 bedroom homes available.

 

All properties at Valley View have a private garden and allocated parking, the heating systems are powered by air source heat pumps with underfloor heating on the ground floors. The homes also come fitted with other essential appliances, more information can be found on this below.

 

Please note: there are different variations of each house type, please discuss your plot preference with a Sales Consultant.

 

There are no local connection requirements for these homes and so the properties will be allocated on a first come first serve basis, subject to an affordability assessment.
