North Cliff View – ALL HOMES NOW RESERVED

Coastline are thrilled to announce that we are now inviting applications for our homes at North Cliff View in North Country. If you have already registered your interest in the homes via Share to Buy, you will have received an email from ‘home.ownership@coastlinehousing.co.uk‘ that includes a link to our online application form, alongside further information on the next steps you need to take to complete your application for a property on the development.

If you have not already registered your interest on Share to Buy, please visit their website to register. If there are homes available, the team will contact you via email with more information about how to apply for a home.

Once you have completed our application form and have been in touch with TMP to carry out your financial assessment, please refrain from contacting the Sales Team whilst we process all of the applications on a first-come, first served basis with priority given to those that hold a local connection to the town of Redruth.

North Cliff View, is a development of 21 homes that includes 8 shared ownership properties with a mix of 2 & 3 bedrooms. Further information on the scheme, house-types, specification and prices can be found in the pages below.

Local Connection Criteria

To meet the local connection criteria for this scheme, you will need to meet one of the following:

a) a permanent resident in the town of Redruth or county of Cornwall for a continuous period of at least three years immediately prior to the date of your application with priority given to applicants that hold a connection to Redruth.

b) having permanent work (normally regarded as 16 hours or more a week and not including seasonal or casual employment) to the town or county for a continuous period of at least three years immediately prior to the date of your application.

c) having a connection through a close family member (normally mother, father, brother, sister, son or daughter) where the family member is currently a resident in the town or county and has been so for a continuous period of at least five years immediately prior to the date of your application. There must be independent evidence that the family member is in need of or can give support for the foreseeable future or on an ongoing basis.

d) being permanently resident in the town or county for ten out of the first sixteen years of your life.

e) being in such other special circumstances which the Council consider it to be a requirement for you to live at North Cliff View.

*The local connection criteria does not apply if you are a serving or previously serving member of the regular armed forces or qualifying under any other clause of the Allocation of Housing (qualification criteria for armed forces) (England) regulations 2012.

**Priority will be given to applicants that hold a local connection to the town of Redruth.
