Liskerrett Vale Phase Two

This is the second and final phase of shared ownership homes at Liskerrett Vale which hosts 11 shared ownership homes, with a mix of 2 & 3 bedroom houses coming in a variety of house-types.
As with the first phase, each house will come fitted with cooker hobs, an oven and extractor hood as well as 2 private parking spaces, a private garden and flooring throughout.
The shared ownership homes at Liskerrett Vale have a 999 year lease term.
The homes will be served on a first-come, first-served basis upon our receipt of a complete and successful application. Please read our Application Process guide to learn what constitutes a complete application.
