Local Connection Criteria
There are local connection requirements to purchase on this scheme, you must be able to demonstrate your connection to the parish of Crantock by one of the following:
a) Being a permanent resident of Crantock for, at least, 3 years;
b) Being a former resident of Crantock for a period of 5 years;
c) Having a permanent place of work in Crantock for at least 3 years;
d) Having a connection through a close family member (usually: mother, father, brother, sister, son or daughter) where the family member has been a permanent resident in Crantock for at least 5 years.
Please note: if you are a member of the UK Armed Forces, you will not require a local connection.
