About the Scheme

 

Devenish Woods, in the heart of Redruth, Cornwall is Coastline’s latest offering of affordable homes, especially designed for people to get that all-important foot on the property ladder.

 

This is the second phase of the development and we are offering ten more shared ownership homes for sale. With a mix of two and three bedroom homes, the aim is to be flexible in helping people become a new home owner.
