Alice Meadow consists of four shared ownership homes, a number of affordable rented properties and an array of open market properties, all built by the Cornish developer – Orchard Dean.

The homes at Alice Meadow include cooker hobs, extractor hood and an oven, as well as flooring throughout and an air source heating system. Every property will come with a 999 year lease term and a one year defect period, after this time the successful applicants will have a full repairing lease.
