Coastline is excited to soon offer two new shared-ownership homes in the village of Lizard. To get the latest information and guidance to complete an application, please register your interest on Share to Buy. Applications for Phase 2 of Henrys Croft are set to open at 4pm on Tuesday 15th September.

Phase 2 features two 4-bedroom homes, all equipped with an air source heat pump, a private garden and two parking spaces.

Once applications open, our Sales Team will process applications on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to receiving a full and complete application.

The homes will initially be available with the full range of shared ownership purchase options (between 10% to 75%, subject to availability). Once a home on this scheme has been allocated, the minimum share available on the remaining home may increase.
