If you have already submitted an application to us, please ensure you have followed all of the ‘Next Steps’ that were explained in our email to you. Once you have completed your application with a copy of your ID and your local connection evidence, please refrain from contacting our Sales Team. We are working through all of the applications on a first-come, first-basis whilst giving priority to those that hold a local connection to the town of Lostwithiel.

If you have not yet submitted an application for a home at Bartholomews Meadow, please ensure you have registered your interest in the homes on Share to Buy. If there is still availability once we have processed all of the applications, we will contact you with an applications form.

Bartholomews Meadow is a development that includes 17 shared ownership homes built by EBC Partnerships. The homes will benefit from a range of handy features that will be ready to use on the day you move in. Further information on the specification can be found in the pages below.

Local connection criteria

To meet the local connection criteria for Bartholomews Meadow, you will need to meet one of the following:

a)            Lived in the County of Cornwall for a continuous period of at least 12 months immediately prior to advertising

b)            Formerly lived within the County of Cornwall for a continuous period of 5 years.                                          

c)            Your place of work (16 hours or more a week and not including seasonal employment) immediately prior to advertising

d)            Have a connection through a close family member (mother, father, brother, sister, son or daughter) where the family member is currently a resident and has been so for a continuous period of at least 5 years immediately prior to advertising.

*The local connection criteria does not apply if you are a serving or previously serving member of the regular armed forces or qualifying under any other clause of the Allocation of Housing (qualification criteria for armed forces) (England) regulations 2012.
